Dr. Rowe is Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine (Perinatology). His areas of special interest include: preconception counseling, consultation, evaluation and (co-)management of complicated pregnancies, first and second trimester genetic screening, abnormal genetic screening results, prenatal diagnosis, screening and targeting ultrasounds, fetal echocardiograms, and in utero therapy. Dr. Rowe also has an interest in multiple gestations and pregnancies complicated by diabetes, thrombophilia, and other medical conditions.

Dr. Rowe is a native Texan. he is a graduate of Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He completed a four year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine, followed by a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine Center in Dallas.He previously served as a Clinical Professor at the University of Oklahoma Medical School at Tulsa, Department of Ob/Gyn. His previous academic appointments also include serving as an Assistant Professor in Maternal Fetal medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. Dr. Rowe's initial interest in high-risk obstetrics began as a neonatal ICU registered nurse. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Baylor University.

Dr. Rowe lives in league City with his wife McKim and their four sons.

Dr. Rowe is available for high-risk obstetrical appointments. he has active staff privileges at Clear Lake Regional Hospital and The Women's Hospital of Texas, where he delivers his patients and accepts maternal-fetal transports.

Dr. Rowe strives to provide state-of-the-art perinatal care with special attention to individual patient needs and an emphasis on patient counseling and education.

Dr. Goodrum is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine. Her scope of practice and skills ranges from preconception education to prenatal diagnostic ultrasound and procedures to maternal medical and obstetric complications.

Dr. Goodrum's special areas of interest include preconception counseling, perinatal bereavement (for which she received coordinator certification from RTS Bereavement Services), critical care obstetrics, fetal echocardiogram, and hypertensive and psychiatric disorders of pregnancy.

Dr. Goodrum was born in the midwest and raised in Louisiana. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge with a Bachelor of Science degree. She completed Medical school and a residency in obstetrics and Gynecology at Louisiana State Health Science Center in Shreveport, Louisiana, and her fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

Prior to joining Maternal Fetal Medicine Associates of South Texas, she served in an academic appointment for nine years at the UNiversity of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas, where she achieved the rank of Associate Professor with tenure. While at UTMB, her duties included direct patient care, resident supervision, research and teaching. She was Medical Director of Labor and Delivery and the Birthing Center, where she spearheaded development of protocols and educational initiatives. She currently serves as a peer reviewer for the Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecologists. She is also a member of the Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine, the Central Association of Obstetrics and Gynecologists, and the Texas Medical Association.

Dr Goodrum is single and lives in League City. She enjoys biking, hiking, visits with her family and traveling.

Dr. Goodrum's philosophy of obstetric care for women considering pregnancy, is that maternal health care should actually begin in the preconception period and continue throughout the first year of her child's life. She believes that a physically and emotionally healthy mother benefits the family and community.

Dr. Goodrum is available for high-risk obstetrical appointments and co-management of high-risk pregnancies. She has active staff privileges at Clear Lake Regional Hospital. She strives to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to each patient with and emphasis on emotional and educational needs.
